BOSCH Planing Machine

During the project there has been a lot of sketching. and brainstorming to create innovating and interesting ideas. Bosch allready had a few planing machines on the market. But Bosch wants to create a different kind of planing machine which is different than the allready exsisting planing machines and it should be working on the 1, 2 and 3 layered battery of Bosch. Making the product fit for the 3 layered battery was the biggest issue during the engineering process of this product.

The product is useful for both left and right handed people. The planing machine is useful for a 1, 2 and 3 layered battery pack from Bosch. The details of the product fit with the Bosch Blue Line.

In terms of compactness, the focus lies on fitting the battery pack inside the housing making the design distinctive. In terms of balance, the focus is on organizing the components within the housing efficiently, so that the planer is well balanced when planing in different positions.
